On the sixth day of Christmas shoes of the day gave to me, 6 geese a-Ugg-ing, 5 Gold-Ugg Pearles!  4 golfing Uggs,  3 Uggs – Coquettes, 72 degree uggs and a pair of Uggs with a Cedar shoe tree

If geese were to lay Uggs, I think they would look something like the Croc Mammoth Clog.

So really, where does the name “Ugg” come from?  Ugg, is the phonetic way Austrlians pronounce “hug”.  That is something that we can all share this holiday season -buy Uggs and give some Hugs.

‘Tis the season for good friends, good times, good egg nog and good shoes. The Ugg and nog have very similar characteristics. First of all the Ugg.

Unless you have been living in a hole, you already know that this is the most popular boot on the ‘winter’ market. Everywhere I go I see the Uggs. I have even seen them at the gym. Hey, I didn’t think you could do the stair-master in boots either, boy was I wrong. Nate, you were there.

For the Veggie/Vegan animal-lover type who are still upset about the animals who gave their wool that some folks might have warm feet, enjoy your Soy Nog:

1 quart soy milk
6 ounces Mori-Nu silken style tofu, extra firm (I Really don’t know what this is, but if you have it in the cupboard, this may be your one chance to use it.)
6 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Chill before serving. Makes 5 cups.
