Hi Derek,

I represent Skechers and was wondering if are you going to Outdoor Retailer? If so, I would like to make an appt. for you on Thursday, August 4th to see the the GO Run product - a new lightweight running shoe (5.9 oz) that simulates barefoot running. It is very minimalistic, flexible, has a 4mm heel drop, but it still provides more cushioning and support than other minimalistic shoes out there. The smart shoe design promotes a mid foot strike for more efficient running and less stress on your joints. Impulse sensors strategically placed on the sole of the shoe provide traction, stability, and help you react to the terrain. It is priced at $80 and launches at retail in November 2011. Elite athletes have received advanced pairs for testing and are currently wearing them in shorter road races, marathons, and triathlons.

Please let me know either way. Thank you.

This is a beautiful site, and inspiring. And honest. Your site is invigoratingly honest and forthright, and yet also downright chatty. I've never paid much attention to shoes before, but all that changes today. Henceforth: attention is being, and will be, paid. Thanks.
