Shoesoftheday.com likes Zappos for a lot of reasons. When I visited their headquarters in Las Vegas a couple of months ago, I saw first-hand how they take care of their customers, me included. Not only did they treat me like a “King” but they also take care of everyone else too! (Dang, I thought I was their favorite!) Today I received this message from one of our readers and wanted to share:
“Ordered a pair of shoes on Zappos yesterday
at 5pm, and they just came to my office 20 min
ago. That’s blog post worthy.”
